A Good Process Vacuum System is able to provide a consistent level of vacuum at the required point of use. Production demand changes either during start-up of a new plant or high/low production period of an existing plant, present a challenge to maintain this consistency.
Our Vacuum Modulating Control System is designed to meet this challenge. Operating with a precision control valve, proprietary control logic, we are able to maintain the required set point to within a few millibars (1 mbar = 0.001 bar) differences only.
