The heart of the system is a Vacuum Producer of Single or Multi-Stages, Side Channel or Positive Displacement Construction. In front of it is a separator that removes solid material from the air stream created by the vacuum producer. Typically, there are two ways to configure:-

Modular Construction: This is the most compact approach, which allow for progressive expansion of the system. The separator* and the vacuum producer are packaged into a single assembly. Standard Package for One Cleaner to Thirty Cleaners Package is available.

Knock-Down Version: This is usually used when the system is bigger or the material pick-up is more difficult to manage. The separator* and the vacuum producer are on separate skid and they are interconnected via piping. One or two separators* could be connected in line to separate product of different nature, such as Liquid and Fine Dust.
